ALERT: FBI Agents at Biden’s Delaware Vacation House

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – BREAKING NOW: FBI agents descended on President Joe Biden’s vacation house in Delaware today to search for any improperly stored classified documents.

This move comes just 12 days after authorities searched Biden’s Wilmington home and found mishandled sensitive records from his time as Vice President and Senator.

Biden’s personal attorney, Bob Bauer, claims the “planned search” is being done with the president’s “full support and cooperation” and that they would have more information after the conclusion of the search.

The White House referred to Bauer’s statement, while the FBI did not immediately comment.

A White House lawyer, Richard Sauber, stated on January 12th that Biden’s team conducted their own search and found no documents at the Rehoboth Beach residence. However, Sauber also stated that no additional mishandled records were at the president’s Wilmington home, only for the FBI to find an undisclosed number of additional materials during their visit on January 20th.

Special counsel Robert Hur is investigating whether Biden or anyone in his orbit illegally mishandled classified documents before his presidency.

Biden’s lack of Secret Service protection for both of his Delaware homes for several months following his vice presidency left any sensitive records vulnerable to intruders and unattended guests.

Biden acknowledged on January 12th that some classified records were found near his classic Corvette in his Wilmington garage, but he defended his handling of those documents.

Biden’s first son, Hunter Biden, who is under investigation for possible tax fraud and illegal foreign lobbying, among other crimes, frequently visited the Wilmington house where the records were stored while he pursued business interests globally, including in China.

The FBI also quietly searched Biden’s post-vice presidency office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington in mid-November after Biden’s lawyers discovered classified documents in an abandoned office space. The White House concealed this discovery until after the midterm elections on November 8th.

Biden publicly acknowledged the discovery of these classified documents at the Penn Biden Center in a January 10th press conference in Mexico City. However, he did not mention the second cache of classified documents reported to have been found inside his Wilmington garage on December 20th.

Several subsequent searches of Biden’s Wilmington home, including the FBI visit on January 20th, turned up additional classified documents from Biden’s time as Vice President and Senator.

The controversy has prompted Republicans to call for further searches, including of the 1,850 boxes of Biden’s Senate papers held at the University of Delaware.

It is unclear how many documents have been retrieved thus far. CNN reported that around ten classified documents, some marked “top secret,” were found at the Penn Biden Center relating to the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and Iran.

Biden, who criticized his predecessor for retaining classified documents at Mar-a-Lago in September, has become defensive about the controversy and stated, “There is no there there” during a trip to California on January 19th.
