ALERT: This Young Man Proves Miracles Do Happen

( – NEWS ALERT: In less than five months since facing a life-threatening situation on the football field, Damar Hamlin is on the verge of completing his incredible comeback.

Buffalo Bills General Manager, Brandon Beane, informed the media that Hamlin has been “fully cleared” to engage in football activities again and has joined the team for their offseason program.

“I don’t want to be done yet,” Hamlin stated on Tuesday.

Beane mentioned that Hamlin consulted with three specialists before receiving the final approval.

“They’re all in agreement – it’s not two to one or three to one or anything like that – they’re all in lockstep of what this was and that he is cleared to resume full activities just like anyone else that was coming back from an injury,” Beane explained.

“He’s fully cleared. He’s here. And he is of the mindset – he’s in a great headspace – to come back and make his return.”

Hamlin, aged 25, experienced a cardiac arrest during a game against the Bengals on January 3rd and was revived on the field. The incident occurred while he tackled Cincinnati receiver Tee Higgins during a routine play.

Following the incident, Hamlin was taken to a nearby hospital, placed on a ventilator, and battled for his life. Eventually, he managed to breathe at least partially on his own.

The second-year safety from Pittsburgh spent around ten days recovering in hospitals in Cincinnati and Buffalo before being discharged. He later began visiting the Bills’ facility and attended the team’s season-ending 27-10 loss to Cincinnati in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Hamlin has since made numerous appearances across the country, including a meeting with President Joe Biden last month. He received the NFLPA’s Alan Page Community Award during the February Super Bowl festivities in Arizona. Additionally, he participated in a pregame ceremony honoring the Bills’ and Bengals’ training and medical staff and first responders who treated the 24-year-old.

While it is uncertain how much Hamlin will participate in the Bills’ opening practice, his NFL comeback is now officially a possibility.
