(TheRedAlertNews.com) – After announcing a reset that included more frequent interaction with the media, President Joe Biden has already begun to show his frustration with conservative news outlets, especially Fox News.
Within the last week, Biden has lost his cool with two Fox News reporters: Peter Doocy and Jacqui Heinrich.
First it was Jacqui Heinrich. During Biden’s two-hour press conference, Heinrich asked why Biden was “waiting” for Russia “to make the first move” in the Russia-Ukraine crisis.
Biden responded by saying, “what a stupid question.”
Then on Monday, it was Doocy’s turn. Biden was caught on a live mic calling Doocy a “stupid son of a b—-.” His remarks followed Doocy’s question on inflation, asking, “Do you think inflation is a political liability ahead of the midterms?”
To which Biden responded sarcastically, “No, it’s a great asset. More inflation. What a stupid son of a b—-.”
Biden was also impolite to other conservative outlets during his two-hour press conference.
When asked a question by a New York Post reporter about his son, linking Hunter Biden’s business dealings with China’s transparency on the origins of COVID-19, Biden refused to answer.
During the same press conference, a Newsmax reporter respectfully asked the President why people may have questions about his mental competence. The President brushed it off.
While these are recent examples, given Biden’s sudden interest in press conferences, his tone is not new.
In June 2021, after a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva, Biden dished out a lengthy rant at CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins when she asked him why he was “confident” Putin would rectify his behavior.
He started by saying he wasn’t confident before raising his voice and saying, “What the hell, what do you do all the time? When did I say I was confident? What I said was… what will change their behavior is if the rest of the world reacts to them and it diminishes their standing in the world.”
He continued his seemingly distraught rant, saying, “If you don’t understand that, you’re in the wrong business.”
However, given Biden’s commitment to be everything Trump wasn’t –– including avoiding the brash back-and-forth with reporters –– conservatives have reveled in his slip-ups.
Many conservatives have taken to social media to point out liberal hypocrisy. As liberals said former President Trump’s name-calling was endangering democracy but had not taken the same approach with Biden, who has name-called or belittled the media in most of his media interactions.
