(TheRedAlertNews.com) – HAPPENING NOW: Immediately after casting her vote, Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake was asked about joining ranks with Donald Trump and running as his vice presidential candidate in 2024.
You can watch the video clip of Kari Lake further down this post.
Specifically, Kari Lake was asked by a reporter: “If Donald Trump announces as expected to be president and you win the governorship of Arizona, you’re likely to be talked about as a VP candidate. Will you, do you plan to serve your entire term in Arizona, or are you open to being the VP?”
Kari Lake, after a dig at the reporter, seemed to close the door on running with Trump, stating:
“I am going to not only be the governor of Arizona for four years, I’m going to do two terms. I’m going to be your worst freaking nightmare for eight years. And we will reform the media as well. We’re going to make you guys into journalists again. So, get ready. It’s gonna be a fun eight years. I can’t wait to be working with you guys.”
