Calif. Gov’s Wife Made $1.5 Million Charging Schools to Do WHAT?

Jennifer Siebel Newsom

( – Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the wife of California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom, raked in about $1.5 million by selling her documentaries to public schools nationwide, a report reveals.

Siebel Newsom’s nonprofit has raised at least $1,483,001 from film licensing fees from documentary screenings in American public schools since 2012.

That is according to the findings of Open the Books, an NPO watchdog, as cited by Breitbart News.

Jennifer Siebel Newsom and her husband Gavin Newsom, a potential Democratic presidential nomination hopeful, have a net worth of about $20 million.

The California governor’s wife has produced four documentary films on “gender justice,” in which she is credited as the writer and director.

The films were produced through Girls Club Entertainment, Siebel Newsom’s for-profit operation. They are licensed by her nonprofit, The Representation Project, for screening in public schools.

The latter organization claims to be fighting “sexism through film, education, research, and activism.”

The report describes the four films – “Miss Representation,” “The Mask You Live In,” “The Great American Lie,” and “Fair Play” – as wokeist.

The leftist documentaries have been licensed to about 5,000 public schools in every state in America. Each school paid between $49 and $599 to screen them.

California’s Governor Gavin Newsom is featured in two of his wife’s films. Some 2.6 million American students have seen the four documentaries.

According to Open The Books, the documentaries were licensed to “individuals, corporations, and schools, and came with their own lesson plans.”

“According to The Representation Project’s Impact Report (2011-2021), the organization’s film curricula are being used in over 5,000 schools in all fifty states. The Representation Project claims over 11,200 copies of the curricula have been distributed, reaching more than 2.6 million students,” revealed Open The Books.

“Tax records show that since 2012 the nonprofit has generated $1,483,001 in film screening revenue, although it is unclear how much money came from schools versus other sources,” it said further.

The watchdog notes that Newsom’s film “The Mask You Live In” features pornographic content and displays the web addresses of Porn Hub, MassiveCams, BDSM.XXX, and

Some of the pornographic images in the film carry descriptions such as “domination,” “face f***,” “kinky couples,” and “…dirty brunettes.”

Siebel Newsom showed images that were graphic even when they were partly blurred. In those, nude women were “slapped, handcuffed, and brutalized” as part of the pornographic videos.

“These jarring pictures are displayed with their corresponding porn website addresses – providing a roadmap for future exploration. The film seems to justify their harmful content by saying that “34% of youth online receive UNWANTED PORNOGRAPHIC EXPOSURE,” the watchdog concluded.

Open The Books added that Jennifer Siebel Newsom and Gavin Newsom gave no comments on the matter.
