Cody Allen Stolfa faces accusations of sexually assaulting 16 sedated patients, including six minors, while employed at Central Oklahoma Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in 2021.

Investigators were alerted after a video was discovered on the dark web, leading to a comprehensive investigation into Stolfa’s criminal activities.
Authorities discovered a vast collection of over 10,000 files containing explicit child abuse content among Stolfa’s possessions.
His arrest on July 10 came after an Australian report of a video prompted an investigation, revealing multiple videos and photographs of his offenses.
Stolfa’s identity was confirmed using facial recognition technology.
During the assaults, Stolfa was frequently alone with sedated patients despite standard practices requiring three people present, a breach now under scrutiny.
The victims, primarily male and aged 15 to 23, were initially unaware of the violations until contacted by authorities.
One victim has since filed a civil lawsuit against Stolfa.
“He’ll look at the video when he’s making the video. And this all takes place in seconds because someone else could walk in the room at any minute,” Payne County District Attorney Laura Thomas revealed.
Stolfa has been held without bond since his arrest.
Investigators continue to uncover evidence, including videos of Stolfa committing acts against nature on animals.
His employment at the clinic lasted from June to September 2021, from which he was dismissed for poor job performance.
The clinic’s management asserts they were unaware of Stolfa’s actions and are cooperating fully with law enforcement.
As this case progresses, it underscores a pressing need for stringent monitoring and accountability within all medical realms, protecting patients from such vile betrayals of trust.
Laura Thomas, speaking on the events, remarked, “none of them knew this happened to them until they were contacted by SPD and made aware.”
Stolfa currently faces charges that include sexual battery, forcible sodomy, child exploitation, clandestine recording, and lewd acts with a child.
