
(TheRedAlertNews.com) – Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents recently apprehended a group of migrants in Arizona who were wearing camouflage clothing.
The operation was a joint effort involving multiple federal agencies, including CBP Air and Marine Operations helicopter aircrew, MRT agents, members of the motorcycle unit, and Border Search Trauma and Rescue (BORSTAR) agents.
The migrants were found in the Tumacacori Mountain foothills, east of Arivaca, Arizona.
Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin tweeted images of the arrest and mentioned that the agents worked together to track down and apprehend the group of 15 migrants.

Another arrest was made by a Wilcox Station agent at a gas station in Benson, Arizona. The agent observed a group of suspected migrants in an SUV and took them into custody, along with the 15-year-old U.S. citizen driver who fled on foot after speaking with the agent.

A day before this arrest, agents assigned to an interior immigration checkpoint on Highway 191 observed a vehicle approaching for inspection. The inspection led to the discovery of four passengers who were illegally present in the U.S. and a loaded pistol in the vehicle’s glove box. The driver was arrested and now faces criminal charges.
A U.S. citizen driver was arrested at the Hwy 191 Checkpoint Tuesday when the Douglas Station agent at primary inspection determined the four passengers were smuggled migrants. A loaded firearm was later seized from the glovebox.

These arrests are a testament to the efforts of the Border Patrol agents to maintain the security of the U.S. borders and ensure that immigration laws are followed. The Border Patrol continues to work closely with other federal agencies to identify, apprehend and prosecute those who break the law.
