(TheRedAlertNews.com) – Happening Now: In a stunning defeat for President Joe Biden’s FDA (Food and Drug Administration, a federal judge has rejected FDA’s request to produce only 500 pages per month of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine data.
Instead, the judge has ordered that the FDA produce at least 55,000 pages each month until all of the still-secret data has been made public.
According to Aaron Siri, tye attorney who fought to have more data released:
“On behalf of a client, my firm requested that the FDA produce all the data submitted by Pfizer to license its Covid-19 vaccine. The FDA asked the Court for permission to only be required to produce at a rate of 500 pages per month, which would have taken over 75 years to produce all the documents.
“I am pleased to report that a federal judge soundly rejected the FDA’s request and ordered the FDA to produce all the data at a clip of 55,000 pages per month!”
While many legal experts agree and see this as a victory for government transparency, many public health advocates on both sides of the debate when it comes to coronavirus vaccines believe even 55,000 pages per month is too slow and want all of the vaccine data released immediately so it can be publicly evaluated.
