(TheRedAlertNews.com) – Dozens of illegal aliens were brought to the official residence of U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris in Washington, DC, on Christmas Eve.
Three buses, which reportedly came from Texas, “dumped” the illegals at the Naval Observatory in downtown Washington, DC, where Harris lives, the New York Post reported.
The migrants arrived late Saturday night amid freezing temperatures, wearing light sweatshirts or only T-shirts.
As in previous occasions when illegal immigrants were brought to Harris’s residence, there were no reports about any interactions with the vice president, President Joe Biden’s “point person” on issues related to the Southern Border and immigration.
In the 18-degree weather, the illegal aliens were helped by a group called “Migrant Solidarity Mutual Aid Network,” whose activists gave them blankets and transferred them to a bus bound for a local church. The migrants’ countries of origin remained unclear.
According to a New York Times report, about 130 illegals who traveled for 36 hours were brought to Washington, DC, on buses dispatched by the Texas Department of Emergency Management.
The report claimed they were headed to New York City, but falling temperatures and road closures changed their route.
Since April, Texas’s Republican Governor Greg Abbott has been shipping illegals to high-profile Democrat-run locations such as the nation’s capital, NYC, and Chicago to raise national awareness about the migrant crisis. Some 6 million migrants have violated America’s borders since Joe Biden became president two years ago.
Abbott’s Florida counterpart, Ron DeSantis, has joined in by flying migrants to Martha’s Vineyard.
The latest arrivals are not the first illegal immigrants brought to the vice president’s home in Washington, DC.
That had occurred several times, including earlier this month when about 100 illegals from the Central American country of Nicaragua were dropped off at Harris’s residence.
Last week, Texas Governor Abbott sent a new open letter to President Joe Biden, slamming his illegal immigration crisis policies.
“Your inaction to secure the southern border is putting the lives of migrants at risk, particularly in the City of El Paso,” the Republican politician wrote.
“With thousands of men, women, and children illegally crossing into Texas every day, and with the expectation that those numbers will only increase if Title 42 expulsions end, the state is overburdened as we respond to this disaster caused by you and your administration. Your policies will leave many people in the bitter, dangerous cold as a polar vortex moves into Texas,” Abbott elaborated. Biden’s White House issued a counter-statement denouncing the Texas governor for busing illegals.
“Governor Abbott abandoned children on the side of the road in below-freezing temperatures on Christmas Eve without coordinating with any federal or local authorities. This was a cruel, dangerous, and shameful stunt,” White House spokesman Abdullah Hasan said.
