Most Americans Say THIS About Ukraine — Are They Correct?

Volodymyr Zelensky

( – In a recent survey taken by the respected Rasmussen polling operation, most Americans said that Ukraine should keep fighting until Russia completely ends its invasion.

Perhaps contributing to that feeling by Americans is also the fact that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is extremely popular with Americans.

Americans respect Zelenskyy’s courage and leadership in the face of the aggression of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his murderous troops.

According to Rasmussen, when likely U.S. voters were asked, “Do you have a very favorable, somewhat favorable, somewhat unfavorable or very unfavorable impression of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy?”:

  • 76% have a favorable impression
  • 49% have a very favorable view
  • 15% view Zelenskyy unfavorably
  • 10% are undecided

And the numbers were similar when it came to Ukraine staying in the fight.

The survey leads Rasmussen to conclude: “Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is wildly popular with American voters, who believe Ukrainians should not settle for anything less than complete victory over their country’s Russian invaders.” [emphasis added]

What is your opinion? Do you agree with most Americans who believe Ukraine should keep fighting until Russia completely ends its invasion? Why or why not?

If the United States was invaded by a foreign country like Ukraine is being invaded by Russia, would you fight until the invading country completely ended its invasion? Why or why not?
