MSNBC Accuses Gov. DeSantis of Abusing ‘Black Boys’

Joy Reid

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – In the escalating battle between Republicans and Democrats, where accusing the opposing party or individual members of the party of being criminals is all but routine these days, it has happened again.

This time, Joy Reid of MSNBC, a self-avowed leftist, has accused Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, a socially conservative Republican, of abusing Black children.

Specifically, this weekend, Reid accused DeSantis of “child abuse” after Black children were photographed holding anti-critical race theory signs at a DeSantis education event.

As can be seen in a tweet that Reid posted, where she is retweeting and reacting to another tweet that was blasting DeSantis for including the Black kids at his event, Reid referred to what DeSantis had done as “anti-Black” and “extra sick” while describing her feelings when she saw the tweet from Florida state Sen. Shevrin Jones in which Jones stated: “The fact that @GovRonDeSantis had these Black young men, who are not clear on this message, holding up a sign about something they know nothing about is the real indoctrination.”

But Reid went even further, stating on Twitter: “This mis-use of Black boys is tantamount to child abuse. I would really like to hear the back-story on who these kids were and how they wound up at a DeSantis event. Given how anti-Black DeSantis is, using Black children this way is extra sick.”

There’s been no word yet from Governor DeSantis about his reaction to Joy Reid. Sources say he will most likely ignore the allegations by Reid and MSNBC.

Here are the tweets in question and the picture of the children.
