(TheRedAlertNews.com) – In a development that’s just as outrageous as it is ludicrous, males claiming to be female have won all of the medals at a women’s cycling competition, marking a new triumph for the deranged ideology of transgenderism.
At the recent Marymoor Grand Prix in Washington State, each two-member relay team that received a medal in the elite women’s category included at least one male competitor, National Review reports.
The athletes known as “Jenna Lingwood,” “Jordan Lothrop,” and “Eva Lin,” were three males among the six finalists in the women’s division at the annual event, held at the Jerry Baker Memorial Velodrome in Redmond, Washington, on July 19 and 20.
These competitors, previously active in men’s categories, have now transitioned to female divisions.
Canadian cyclist Jordan Lothrop, who previously competed in the men’s division as recently as 2023, secured first place alongside his partner, according to Reduxx.
Jenna Lingwood, known as “Jimmy” in men’s races until 2018, clinched second place.
Lingwood had also claimed a title at the 2022 USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships in the women’s masters category.
Eva Lin, who raced under the name “Henry Lin” for San Jose State University’s men’s team before joining the women’s team in 2022, finished third, reported the Daily Mail.
Female cyclist Hannah Arensman, a prominent figure with 35 national cyclocross victories, expressed her disillusionment with the sport through an amicus brief to the Supreme Court, citing her experiences racing against male competitors.
“I have decided to end my cycling career. At my last race at the recent UCI Cyclocross National Championships in the elite women’s category in December 2022, I came in 4th place, flanked on either side by male riders awarded 3rd and 5th places,” Arensman stated in the 2023 amicus brief.
She described a poignant scene where her family, witnessing the event, responded emotionally as they observed interactions during the race, which culminated in a male competitor finishing ahead of her.
The guidelines for race participation at the Jerry Baker Memorial Velodrome, as outlined in their 2024 “Race Book,” indicate that the women’s category is inclusive of those who identify as female and those who find it athletically or socially fitting.
Notably, athletes in categories 1 and 2 are permitted to compete in the gendered field they deem most suitable athletically, while those in categories 3, 4, and Novice have the autonomy to select based on their gender identity or where they feel most competitive and socially comfortable.
The venue’s policy on transgender athlete participation, aligned with USA Cycling’s regulations, ensures the affirmation and inclusion of all gender identities in its events.
