(TheRedAlertNews.com) – A new poll has sent shockwaves through the Democrat Party as it indicates that Democrats have turned on President Joe Biden and believe he is not doing the job he was elected to do when they supported him in the 2020 election.
Given the results in the just-released Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Research poll, and given the political reality that the electorate’s views rarely change over the summer of an election year, come November, many Democrats will be washed out of office by an electoral tidal wave.
According to the Associated Press reporting on its poll:
“President Joe Biden’s approval rating dipped to the lowest point of his presidency in May, a new poll shows, with deepening pessimism emerging among members of his own Democratic Party.
“Only 39% of U.S. adults approve of Biden’s performance as president, according to the poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Research, dipping from already negative ratings a month earlier.
“Overall, only about 2 in 10 adults say the U.S. is heading in the right direction or the economy is good, both down from about 3 in 10 a month earlier.” [emphasis added]
And here is the polling result that has elected Democrats turning their backs on Biden as they prepare to face the electorate.
“Those drops were concentrated among Democrats, with just 33% within the president’s party saying the country is headed in the right direction, down from 49% in April.” [emphasis added]
One political science authority told us that with numbers like those just released, Democrats on the campaign trail will have to distance themselves from Joe Biden if they are to have any chance of winning in November. And even that may not save them.
