Republican National Committee: ‘Biden Won the Election’

( – With a series of statements that have infuriated former President Donald J. Trump and millions of Trump supporters and voters, Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel has reversed course and is now saying that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won the 2020 Election and are the rightful President and Vice President of the United States of America.

Chairwoman McDaniel, who is the niece of U.S. Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT), who many believe is an enemy of Trump, went on record yesterday at a breakfast hosted by the Christian Science Monitor in Washington, DC,  saying, “Painfully, Joe Biden won the election, and it’s very painful to watch. He’s the President. We know that.”

According to reporters at the breakfast covering the event, “McDaniel’s comments Thursday marked the first time the party chairwoman has clearly stated that Biden “won” the 2020 election.”

McDaniel went further and encouraged Republicans to stop looking backward at the 2020 election and to instead focus on the congressional midterm elections coming up next year, saying, “I think every Republican right now should be talking about 2022.”
