VIDEO: Pro-Abortionist Defends Abortion Moments Before Birth

Aimee Arrambide

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – In what several political observers are calling one of the more dramatic exchanges between a pro-abortionist and a United States Congressman during a congressional hearing held by the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee this week, the pro-abortionist defended abortion up until the moment of birth.

You can watch the video clip further down this post.

The following exchange took place when Aimee Arrambide, the executive director of the abortion advocacy group Avow Texas, was asked by Congressman Mike Johnson (R-LA), “So abortion should be allowed then, by your definition. for any reason, for any purpose, at any stage, right?”

Arrambide: “I trust people to make decisions about their body, and then when relevant, I think that they need to consult other medical practitioners and not Congress.

Johnson: “Let me just ask you this question. If it is not lawful and morally acceptable to take the life of a ten-year-old child, I assume you agree with that, right? That would be wrong, correct?”

Arrambide: “I believe that is wrong.”

Johnson: “And a two-year-old child, same thing. That would be murder. We would all agree that’s wrong. Then what is the principal distinction between the human being that is two years old, or nine months old, or one week old, or an hour-old, and one that is eight inches further up the birth canal in the uterus? What’s the difference? Why is it okay in the latter case and not the former cases?

Arrambide: (Long pause) “I trust people to determine what to do with their own bodies — full stop.”

As you’ll see in the video below, you could hear a pin drop in the hearing room as the exchange took place.
