(TheRedAlertNews.com) – Happening Now: In just-released deposition testimony before the United States House of Representatives Select Committee investigating the events that led up to the riot at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, former President Donald Trump’s handpicked Attorney General, Bill Barr, accused Trump of misleading his supporters and all Americans when Trump claimed — and continues to claim — that the 2020 Presidential Election was “stolen” from Trump.

In that testimony, Barr states under oath:
“And I was somewhat demoralized because I thought if [Trump] really believes this stuff, he has lost contact with, um, he’s become detached from reality, if he really believes this stuff…On the other hand, when I went into this and would tell him how crazy some of these allegations were…There was never any indication of interest in what the actual facts were…My opinion then and my opinion now is that the election was not stolen by fraud. And I haven’t seen anything since the election that changes my mind on that, including the ‘2000 Mules’ movie. (laughter)”
