FBI director Kash Patel dropped a bombshell with alarming new allegations linking China to potential interference in the 2020 election, using fraudulent driver’s licenses for fake mail-in ballots.

The newly declassified intelligence indicates the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) may have orchestrated a scheme to manufacture fake driver’s licenses specifically for creating fraudulent ballots to tilt the election.

This bombshell revelation raises critical questions about foreign interference that was reportedly buried by previous FBI leadership.

According to documents turned over to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, the FBI uncovered a plot by the CCP to create fake U.S. driver’s licenses intended to facilitate fraudulent mail-in ballots favoring then-candidate Biden.

FBI Director Kash Patel has taken the extraordinary step of declassifying these alarming intelligence reports that were mysteriously recalled and ordered destroyed during the previous FBI administration.

“Thanks to the oversight work and partnership of Chairman Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency at the people’s Bureau,” Patel stated.

“To that end, we have located documents Chairman Grassley requested, which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election,” he added.

The FBI intelligence report from September 25, 2020, contained specific allegations about CCP efforts to interfere in the election, yet was quickly recalled.

All recipients were instructed to destroy their copies, and the information was never made public.

This recall curiously coincided with then-FBI Director Christopher Wray’s testimony to Congress claiming no evidence of foreign election interference.

Adding credibility to the allegations, during this period, U.S. Customs and Border Protection intercepted nearly 20,000 sophisticated fake licenses from China.

These counterfeits featured working barcodes and were primarily created for college-age individuals, exactly the demographic needed for such a scheme.

Grassley’s office confirmed receipt of the FBI documents, stating the chairman “is in receipt of an FBI document responsive to a request he made based on legally protected whistleblower disclosures.”

Grassley has demanded answers about why these serious national security concerns were buried and has set a July 1 deadline for the FBI to provide all unclassified material related to the case.

The timing of these revelations is particularly noteworthy. The alleged Chinese operation targeted mail-in ballots, which were used in unprecedented numbers during the 2020 election due to Democrats’ COVID-19 policies.

Biden ultimately won the election by narrow margins in key swing states where mail-in voting was heavily utilized.

China’s pattern of election interference is ongoing. U.S. intelligence agencies recently disclosed that China accessed parts of the American telecommunications system during the 2024 election cycle, targeting officials in both the Trump and Harris campaigns.

These latest revelations demonstrate the continuing threat posed by the CCP to America’s electoral integrity and national security.

As the investigation unfolds, Americans await answers regarding the integrity of the 2020 election and the potential influence of foreign actors.

The accountability of those involved remains a critical issue that resonates deeply with the principles of justice and transparency.
