‘Death to America’ Chant Gets Response (Video)

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – Anti-American outbursts in the United States have become so bad that even President Joe Biden’s leftist White House has seen itself forced to react, with a White House official “condemning” chants of “Death to America” by a rally in Dearborn, Michigan.

The White House expressed strong disapproval of protesters who were recorded at an Al-Quds Day event shouting “death to America,” according to a statement on Monday cited by The Daily Caller.

The outcry began after Tarek Bazzi, a speaker at the event, addressed previous criticisms of the Al-Quds Day rallies for their “anti-America” stance.

Bazzi remarked that America ranks among the “rottenest countries” in global history.

“The White House condemns these abhorrent and Antisemitic remarks in the strongest terms. As President Biden has said, America is the greatest nation on Earth and a beacon to the world,” reacted Andrew Bates, a spokesperson for the White House.

Al-Quds Day, celebrated on the last Friday of Ramadan by pro-Palestinian activists, is dedicated to opposing Israel and Zionism, a tradition started in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Bazzi, in a video that attracted over two million views on X, posed a question about the nature of the protests on International Al-Quds Day.

“‘Why are our protests on the International Al-Quds Day are so anti-America? Why don’t we just focus more on Israel and not talk so much about America?’”

Bazzi elaborated on the reasons behind the anti-American sentiment, attributing it to the U.S. government’s financial support for what he termed atrocities, a perspective highlighted by events in the Gaza Strip.

“Gaza has shown the entire world why these protests are so anti-America. Because it’s the United States government that provides the funds for all of the atrocities that we just heard about,” Bazzi added.

“Imam Khomeini, who declared the International Al-Quds Day … would say to pour all of your chants and all of your shouts upon the head of America,” Bazzi added, causing “death to America” chants to break out.

Imam Khomeini, the first Supreme Leader of Iran, famously criticized the United States as the “Great Satan,” making such chants common at Iranian protests.

Following the widespread sharing of the video, the Al-Quds Committee Detroit, the organizing body of the protests in Dearborn, stated to the Detroit Free Press that it does not endorse any chants or public expressions at its events.

Bazzi, referencing Malcolm X, stated:

“Malcolm X said, and I quote: ‘We live in one of the rottenest countries that has ever existed on this Earth.’”

He further asserted that not only should President Joe Biden be removed from office, but the entire governing system, which he accused of supporting atrocities, should be dismantled.
