Judge Will Expose Hunter’s Secret

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – The Delaware US judge who last week killed Hunter Biden’s plea deal with his dad’s Justice Department will now make the infamous failed settlement public.

On Wednesday, Judge Maryellen Noreika approved an NBC News reporter’s request to release Hunter Biden’s plea deal, The Messenger reported, as cited by Newsmax.

Neither the first son’s defense nor the federal prosecutors objected to the judge’s decision to expose the document. A truncated version of the proposed no-prison-time deal was already leaked last week.

Much of the plea deal was read during the court hearing on July 26, which saw the two sides bicker over further investigations into Biden Jr., and the judge ultimately rejected a revised version of the settlement.

The original deal proposal would have had Hunter plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors and avoid a gun felony charge, with his lawyers impudently thinking it would have also made their client immune from any further DOJ investigations.

After the plea agreement collapsed, Hunter Biden was asked by Noreika if he admitted his guilt, and he pleaded not guilty to all charges.

“Those agreements should be publicly docketed given that they were discussed in open court and played a role in Your Honor’s decision on the proposed plea deal,” NBC reporter Tom Winter wrote in his request.

Besides the original plea deal, Noreika will also make public the revised agreement that the defense and the prosecutors proposed after falling out in the courtroom.

The diversion agreement would have given Hunter Biden partial immunity from further DOJ prosecution, that is, concerning the crimes that were the matter of the deal.

“[The US agrees] not criminally prosecute Biden, outside of the terms of this Agreement, or any federal crimes encompassed by the attached Statement of Facts (Attachment A) and the Statement of Facts attached as Exhibit 1 to the Memorandum of Plea Agreement filed this same day,” it reads.

Earlier this week, the heads of three GOP-led House committees – Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH), Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY), and Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith (R-M) – sent a letter to Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland informing him that they would investigate how the Hunter Biden plea deal even came into being.
