(TheRedAlertNews.com) – Just several hours ago, Joe Biden became so incoherent and rambling in his ability to speak at a news conference in Vietnam that his staff abruptly ended the event while Biden was still speaking.

As he rambled and kept repeating phrases and making obvious mistakes, an off-camera aide cut in on a louder microphone and, with a rapid announcement, ended the “press conference.”
Music begins to play immediately as Biden haltingly places his microphone on a shelf in the podium and looks up with a quizzical expression on his face.
He then attempts to answer a shouted question from the press over the music that has been brought up over his voice.
