ALERT: Trump Prosecution Bombshell News

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – BREAKING NEWS ALERT: Just moments ago, a judge ordered the unsealing of the divorce case involving the Georgia special prosecutor hired to prosecute former President Donald Trump.

Specifically, a judge has ordered the disclosure of legal documents in the divorce case of special prosecutor Nathan Wade, who was appointed in the investigation against Donald Trump. Wade is also under scrutiny for allegedly having an affair with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

The decision to unseal Wade’s divorce records followed a petition by a defense lawyer who claims that Wade is involved in an inappropriate relationship with Willis.

While the judge deferred a final decision on Willis’s requirement to undergo questioning in the divorce matter, he postponed her deposition, which had been initially planned for Tuesday.

Despite minimal prosecutorial experience, Willis stands by her decision to hire Wade. She hasn’t explicitly refuted the rumors about a romantic involvement with him. Willis accuses Wade’s estranged wife of attempting to hinder her criminal case against Trump by trying to involve her in the divorce proceedings.

The situation escalated when Willis received a subpoena for a deposition in the divorce case. This coincided with defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant, representing a former Trump campaign staffer, filing a motion suggesting a romantic connection between Willis and Wade.

Court documents filed by the attorney of Joycelyn Wade, Nathan Wade’s estranged wife, show evidence of Wade purchasing flight tickets in Willis’ name. This action is presented as having no reasonable explanation other than a romantic relationship.

These affair allegations have significantly impacted the case against Trump that accuses him and 18 others of attempting to reverse his 2020 election defeat in the state. Trump, denying any misconduct, has labeled the charges as politically biased.

The judge stated that he could not decide whether Willis should be deposed in the divorce case until after Wade was questioned later in the month.

Court filings by Joycelyn Wade’s lawyer reveal that since filing for divorce, Nathan Wade has traveled to various destinations, including San Francisco, Napa Valley, Florida, Belize, Panama, and Australia, and has been on Caribbean cruises.

The filings suggest Willis was a companion on some of these trips, evidenced by flight tickets purchased by Wade for her.

The filings include credit card statements showing Wade, after being appointed a special prosecutor, bought plane tickets for himself and Willis for trips to Miami in October 2022 and San Francisco in April.
