(TheRedAlertNews.com) – Nine members of the Biden family – including one of President Joe Biden’s granddaughters – have directly “pocketed” money from murky foreign business deals, House Republicans have now revealed.
According to the revelations spearheaded by the GOP-led House Oversight Committee, the nine Biden family members in question and several business partners of Hunter Biden have received a combined total of more than $20 million from abroad since Joe Biden’s first term as vice president.
The wire transfers, mainly from oligarchs and other politically connected figures in Communist China, Putin’s Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Romania, have been exposed through subpoenaed bank records, The Washington Times notes in a report.
The House Oversight Committee, whose leader, Rep. James Comer (R-KY), believes more similar transactions will be dug up, has now turned its investigation of the Bidens to the National Archives agency.
The committee is asking the federal body to produce the unredacted text of official emails in which Biden used aliases after discovering that the then-vice president used fake names on official White House correspondence that also copied in his son Hunter.
Joe Biden is known to have used at least three email pseudonyms, “Robert L. Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware.” The first fake name was revealed through White House records, while House investigators discovered the second and the third.
“Mr. Biden has not explained why he used the aliases, but the tactic has raised House investigators’ suspicions of the Biden family’s foreign business deals and the extent of Mr. Biden’s role in securing them while he was vice president and after leaving office,” The Times comments.
Recent testimony by Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, revealed that Joe Biden was put on the phone during at least 20 of his son’s foreign deals and took part in at least two relevant business dinners, including with oligarchs from Putin’s Russia and Kazakhstan.
According to IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, another Hunter Biden associate, Rob Walker, disclosed that then-veep Joe Biden made an appearance at a dinner that Walker and the future son were having with executives of CEFC, a now-defunct energy giant linked to the Chinese Communist Party.
Bank records show the Biden family members and business partners received millions of dollars from CEFC, while CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming also gave Hunter Biden an $80,000 diamond.
