(TheRedAlertNews.com) – In a new bombshell testimony, a Hunter Biden associate has told Congress that a former Chinese energy giant connected to the Communist Party paid the Biden family $3 million after meeting with then-Vice President Joe Biden, with the payments coming after he was no longer in office.
CEFC China Energy Co., an energy conglomerate with connections to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), was reported to have engaged with President Joe Biden and provided $3 million to the Biden family’s enterprise in 2017.
This was disclosed by Biden’s associate, Rob Walker, during a recent session with the House Oversight Committee, Breitbart News reports.
The sequence of these financial transactions has led to speculation about the possibility of intentional delay in payments.
This delay might have been a strategy to conceal the fact that Joe Biden was essentially the ‘brand’ behind the business, which was profiting immensely.
According to Peter Schweizer, a Senior Contributor at Breitbart News, the Biden family accumulated substantial wealth through international business deals, even though “Hunter offered no real work.”
Rob Walker, who identified his role as a representative for H[unter] Biden in domestic and international business endeavors, informed the committee that the Biden family’s business received $3 million from CEFC after Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president concluded in 2017.
He suggested that the payment was deliberately postponed until Joe Biden was no longer in public office.
Furthermore, Walker revealed to the committee that Joe Biden met with Ye Jianming, the now-missing chairman of CEFC, in 2017.
This meeting, which included about ten other individuals, occurred at the Four Seasons hotel in Washington, DC.
This information was made public following an FBI interview recently released by the House Ways and Means Committee.
Through Walker, the Biden family’s business received a transfer of $3 million, along with additional payments from CEFC between 2015 and 2017.
This was uncovered in March by the Oversight Committee through Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and subpoenaed records from Bank of America.
“The Chinese company paid Hunter Biden and his associates $3 million shortly after Joe Biden left office as a ‘thank you’ for the work they did while Joe Biden was in office,” The Oversight Committee stated.
“Members of the Biden family received payments from the Chinese deal even though they did not work on it. This is the type of swampy influence peddling the American people want us to end,” it added.
During his deposition on Friday, Walker maintained that Joe Biden “was never involved in any of the business activities.”
“Of course Joe Biden wasn’t ‘involved’ in the business. But he was the reason the business existed. He was the product being sold. He was the ‘brand’. And he frequently made himself — and Air Force 2 — available for marketing purposes while VP,” journalist Miranda Devine reacted on X.
