Famed Star Trek Actor Dead

Specifically, Graham, a distinguished actor recognized for his roles in the “Star Trek” franchise, passed away due to cardiac arrest at a Spokane, Washington hospital today.

His death was confirmed by his wife of nearly a quarter-century, Becky Graham, in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

Graham’s notable performances include portraying the Ocampan community leader Tanis in “Star Trek: Voyager,” the Vulcan ambassador Soval in “Star Trek: Enterprise,” and the first officer Ragnar in “Star Trek: Of Gods and Men” (2007) and “Star Trek: Renegades” during 2015-17.

The actor’s former wife, Susan Lavelle, also publicly acknowledged his passing with a heartfelt tribute on Facebook.

She expressed her deep sorrow at the loss of Gary Graham, her former husband, acclaimed actor, and father of their beloved daughter Haylee.

“It is with deep profound sadness to say that Gary Graham, my ex husband, amazing actor and father of our beautiful only child together, Haylee Graham, has passed away today.,” Lavelle wrote. She noted the profound impact of his death on their daughter Haylee and mentioned that his current wife, Becky, was with him during his final moments.

Lavelle recalled meeting Graham when she was 20 years old. At that time, he was already gaining fame as part of the lead duo in the TV series “Alien Nation” and had appeared in films like “All the Right Moves” alongside Tom Cruise. She emphasized Graham’s extensive acting career.

In concluding remarks, Lavelle requested prayers for their daughter Haylee during this challenging period.

“Gary was funny, sarcastic sense of humor but kind, fought for what he believed in, a devout Christian and was so proud of his daughter, Haylee,” she remarked. “This was sudden so please pray for our daughter as she navigates through this thing called grief.”

Lavelle paid a final tribute to Graham, expressing gratitude for their shared experiences, his contributions to her passion for acting and love of horses, and, most importantly, their daughter.

“Fly high into the heavens Gar!” Lavelle wrote. “Thank you for our journey and thank you for the gifts you left me in acting, my love of horses and most importantly, our daughter.”
