Missing Woman Mystery Solved

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – A striking discovery has allegedly resolved an 11-year-old mystery after a dive team has just announced it has discovered the body of a woman who had been missing.

A specialized dive team in Florida has made public the discovery of a woman’s body, believed to be that of Sandra Lemire, who vanished 11 years prior.

Sunshine State Sonar, the team in question, reported finding Lemire’s remains in a van submerged in a pond close to Disney World.

They shared images and videos of a red van being extracted from an Orlando pond.

Police records indicate that Lemire was last seen in 2012, departing from her grandmother’s residence in Orlando.

She was reportedly heading to Kissimmee for a rendezvous with a man she had encountered on a dating website. Police noted Lemire’s history of meeting and dating men online.

Lemire was last observed exiting a Kissimmee eatery, driving her grandmother’s red 2004 Ford Freestyle van.

The Orlando Police confirmed to Fox News Digital that a 2004 Ford van was retrieved from a body of water on World Drive this Sunday.

The Osceola Sheriff’s deputies and the Orange County Sheriff’s Dive team provided assistance during this operation.

Currently, police are in the process of identifying the remains found in the van.

When inquired by Fox News, authorities declined to confirm if the body was indeed Sandra Lemire’s.

The Florida Highway Patrol is leading the investigation related to the traffic accident.

An initial report from the FHP indicates that the Ford Freestar van was on the State Road 417 southbound exit ramp to World Drive when it inexplicably veered off the road and plunged into a retention pond.

The van was fully submerged following the accident, and the exact date and time of the incident are still under scrutiny.

Timothy Lemire, Sandra’s son, expressed his grief over his mother’s presumed fate on Facebook.

“It looks like she took an exit ramp a little too quick and went straight into the water. It kills me to even think that she knew she was gonna pass.. I just don’t know how to take it,” he wrote.

The medical examiner’s office is set to provide further updates after confirming the identity of the deceased, as per the police’s statement.
