Prosecutor’s Damning Assessment of Biden

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – The most devastating analysis of Joe Biden’s mental acuity to date has just become public – and it is the report by US Special Counsel Robert Hur on the president’s mishandling of classified papers, which concludes that he cannot be charged because he’s too old and too senile.

The 400-page report by Hur is based on his 15-month investigation into Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified documents.

It is filled with severe criticisms of the president’s cognitive sharpness and highlights concerns about his age before the elections in November, The Washington Examiner reports.

In the report, the US Justice Department Special Counsel explains his decision to refrain from criminally prosecuting Biden—a stark contrast to former President Donald Trump.

Reasons include the potential empathy of a jury towards Biden and his inability to recall, “even within several years,” the death of his son Beau Biden, among other significant dates.

“It would be difficult to convince a jury they should convict him, by then a former president who will be at least well into his eighties, of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness,” Hur’s report states.

It points out that the president’s memory has been “significantly limited” since at least 2017 when a ghostwriter interviewed him.

“Mr. Biden’s memory also appeared to have significant limitations. […] Biden’s recorded conversations with Zwonitzer from 2017 are often painfully slow, with Mr. Biden struggling to remember events and straining at times to read and relay his own notebook entries,” the report reveals.

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory,” the special prosecutor writes.

He points out that – judging from his team’s observations of the president – “he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.”

In response to Hur’s findings, Biden, the White House, and Biden’s personal legal team have all defended the President. They also stressed the absence of criminal charges.

“The special counsel released today its findings about its look into my handling of classified documents,” Biden stated.

He said he “was pleased to see they reached the conclusion I believed all along they would reach — that there would be no charges brought in this case and the matter is now closed.”

“This was an exhaustive investigation going back more than 40 years, even into the 1970s when I was a young senator. I cooperated completely, threw up no roadblocks, and sought no delays,” the president concluded.
