Congresswoman Punched Husband?!

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – In another potentially embarrassing episode involving U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert, police are investigating whether she hit her former husband during an altercation at a restaurant in Colorado.

Authorities have initiated a thorough probe into a reported incident on Saturday night involving Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and her former spouse at a Colorado eatery.

It is alleged that the congresswoman twice punched Jayson Boebert, her former husband, at the Miner’s Claim in Silt, though she has refuted these claims.

The Silt Police Department is actively investigating the matter, with Chief Mike Kite confirming the ongoing inquiry, the news source disclosed.

According to reports, police arrived at the location after the incident, but no arrests were made at that time.

“This is a sad situation for all that keeps escalating and another reason I’m moving,” Boebert stated via a comment from her campaign manager to the media outlet.

“I didn’t punch Jason in the face and no one was arrested,” she added.

The day after the incident, Jayson Boebert informed the police that he and Lauren Boebert were engaged in intense discussions.

He has reportedly decided not to pursue legal action.

“I don’t want nothing to happen. Her and I were working through a difficult conversation,” Jayson Boebert remarked in a short telephone conversation with The Denver Post.

In September, during the couple’s tumultuous divorce, Jayson Boebert took responsibility, contesting the notion that Lauren Boebert ended their marriage due to aspirations of fame and a new lifestyle.

The congresswoman has announced her candidacy for the 4th congressional district of her state instead of the more challenging 3rd district, where she would have faced a demanding election in 2024.

Since her divorce, the congresswoman has been openly engaging in dating.

She faced expulsion from a showing of “Beetlejuice: The Musical” in September for reportedly causing a disturbance through actions such as vaping, singing loudly, and filming the performance on her phone.

Three audience members lodged complaints about the pair’s conduct prior to their removal from Temple Hoyne Buell Theater in Denver.
